To advance our work on unlocking the potential of teams, we have developed technologies that enable us to custom design spaces and frameworks to support and provoke collaborative inquiry. Unlike standard breakout rooms, these group workspaces move with teams as they progress through a workshop or program, accumulating a record of the teams responses, reflections and ideas for practical application in the field. These team workspaces become the focal point in programs that are specifically designed to enable teams to creatively adapt new ideas and insights to the realities they face in the business.

These workspaces are also available online outside of the workshops, enabling the group learning process to continue long after the workshops and programs have finished. These workspaces are often the focal point of review sessions and checkpoints during the months following the program. Ideas and experiences are shared not just between the members of each team, they are also shared between teams involved in the same program.

The collaboration enabled by these tools plays a critical role in enabling participants to explore the benefits of applying team mindset and behaviors as they address the challenges and opportunities facing the business.

As with all the other tools in the illustra environment, coaches and trainers are able to monitor all team activities and inputs in real time throughout to program.
